We offer a full line of insurance products including the following: Personal and Business Automobile, Homeowners, Mobile Homeowners, Life Insurance, Farm Insurance, and most lines of Commercial Insurance. The on-going development of our agency is based on the hard work, continuing education, and the service of our agents. Lockard Agency Inc. is the result of the combination of the C. Rolland Insurance Agency and an agency built by Charlie Lockard from the purchase of the Barto Agency in 1979. The C. Rolland Lockard Agency was formed in 1963 when Rolland Lockard purchased the long established agency of Roscoe Corson. The Lockard name has been associated with insurance in East Lycoming County for over 40 years. Lockard Insurance was a long time fixture at 29 S. Main St. in downtown Hughesville until 1998 when the business relocated around the corner to its current location at 165 E. Water St., Hughesville, PA. The new location offers off-street parking and a spacious area to serve its clients. The Lockard Agency has maintained its small town friendliness but is large enough and capable of handling the insurance needs of its many clients.
